I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were lovely and the hotel itself was beautiful, the room I stayed in was disappointing due to the noise and outdated decor. The pool could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a nice stay.
I was given the bridal suite, a huge modern room with fantastic views over Pollan strand and a powerful jacuzzi bath. The room was lovely, tidy, and spacious, with a great bathroom. On the downside, the continental breakfast options were poor, lacking variety.
My stay at The Ballyliffin Lodge was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were nice and clean, but unfortunately, mine was quite noisy with no view and some torn bedding. On the bright side, the hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff. The pool area could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
